Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs within the agriculture industry. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and satisfaction of our employees while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings
- Collaborate with HR team to communicate benefits information to employees and address any inquiries or concerns
- Analyze benefit usage and costs to make recommendations for program enhancements or cost-saving measures
- Manage relationships with benefit providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments and compliance with agreements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with annual benefits enrollment process and provide support to employees as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits management or related HR role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
