Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs that support the organization’s strategic goals and meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This role requires a thorough understanding of local labor laws, market trends, and best practices in benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, and wellness initiatives tailored to the needs of the organization.

- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure that our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

- Collaborate with HR leadership to align benefits strategies with overall organizational goals, ensuring that employee benefits support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.

- Analyze data related to employee benefits usage and costs, preparing reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making.

- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Partner with external vendors and insurance providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support.

- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations affecting employee benefits, implementing necessary updates and communicating changes to employees.

- Develop and deliver training programs and informational sessions to educate employees on benefits options, enrollment processes, and utilization.

- Manage the annual benefits enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely communication to employees and coordination with payroll and HRIS systems.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, recommending enhancements or modifications based on employee feedback and industry trends.

- Lead initiatives to promote employee wellness and engagement through benefits programs, including health fairs, wellness challenges, and informational workshops.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or management, preferably within the financial services sector.

- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations in the UAE, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee rights.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Certification in benefits management (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
