Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to join our team in Ajman. The Boat Captain will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our vessels to transport goods and passengers across various waterways. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and navigation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maneuver vessels in various weather conditions and waterways
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols
- Oversee loading and unloading of cargo and passengers
- Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems
- Coordinate with crew members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with port authorities, clients, and other stakeholders
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes as necessary
- Train and mentor junior crew members

Requirements:
- Valid Boat Captain license
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in maritime operations
- Strong knowledge of navigation and seamanship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
