We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to join our team in Ajman. The Boat Captain will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our company's fleet of boats used in financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate boats in various water conditions
- Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of boats
- Supervise and train deckhands and other crew members
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust sailing routes as necessary
- Keep accurate records of boat maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with passengers and provide a high level of customer service
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Requirements:
- Valid Boat Captain license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boat Captain
- Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
