We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to join our construction team in Ajman. As a Boat Captain, you will be responsible for safely operating and navigating our boats to transport materials and personnel to and from construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate boats in various weather conditions
- Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boats to ensure they are in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo from boats
- Communicate effectively with crew members and construction team to coordinate transportation needs
- Keep accurate records of boat maintenance and operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Boat Captain
- Valid Boat Captain license
- Knowledge of marine navigation and safety procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience as a Boat Captain
