Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety, security, and functionality of the building, as well as managing a team of maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair work on the building and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the facility is in optimal condition
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee the security and safety of the building, including monitoring access control systems and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations, as well as environmental and safety standards
- Develop and manage the building's budget, including forecasting expenses and managing costs
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other departments to address any building-related issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building maintenance and operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems
- Experience managing a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
