We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Catering Operations Program Manager in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our catering operations program, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives for catering operations.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, delivery, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and delivery personnel, to ensure efficient and smooth operation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
