We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain, Energy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional catering services and managing operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, delivery, and customer service
- Develop and implement catering programs to meet the needs of clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and analyze catering performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and manage catering budgets, including cost control measures and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote catering services and drive revenue growth
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in catering operations to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality catering services and meeting customer expectations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering management software
