We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. As a key member of our Agriculture-based catering operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our catering programs to ensure seamless and successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability in the catering operations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, delivery logistics, and customer service
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the highest quality of food products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized catering solutions
- Monitor and analyze catering performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operations
- Lead a team of catering staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and industry best practices
