We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our catering services in the construction industry in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a proven track record of successfully managing catering operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catering programs and services to meet the needs of construction projects in Al Ain
- Plan and coordinate catering services for events, meetings, and other functions
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze catering budgets and expenses
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
