We are seeking a skilled Claims Processor to join our team in Dubai within the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing claims related to agricultural products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming claims related to agricultural products and services
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation
- Investigate and analyze claims to determine validity and coverage
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to gather necessary information for claim processing
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims processed
- Process claim payments in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and resolution of claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
