We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Processor to join our team in Dubai. As a Claims Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims in the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing insurance claims related to education services
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of claim information
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with claims
- Communicating with insurance providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of claims
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all claims processed
- Analyzing claim data and identifying trends or patterns that may indicate potential issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
