We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace and defense industries, with a proven track record of managing client operations programs effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee client operations programs from inception to completion
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide regular updates to clients on program status and milestones
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during program execution
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
