We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all operational matters
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists to ensure successful program execution
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program performance and key metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of operational processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client operations or program management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
