We are seeking a dynamic and experienced College Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a College Recruiter in the energy industry, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent from universities and colleges in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement college recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for internship and entry-level positions in the energy sector
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote our organization and opportunities
- Attend career fairs, information sessions, and other recruiting events to engage with potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes for college recruits
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Provide guidance and support to college recruits throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to improve recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
