We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of construction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on construction projects
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Developing project plans and schedules
- Overseeing the implementation of construction projects
- Managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients on project progress
- Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
