We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our pharmaceutical company in Sharjah. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal, including tracking key dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and procurement teams, to ensure contracts are in line with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and liability issues
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, and address any issues or disputes that may arise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field

- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
