We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counselor to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to IT professionals, including career guidance, stress management, and personal development.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and goals, and develop personalized counseling plans.
- Offer support and guidance to individuals facing challenges in their careers or personal lives.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and career coaches, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in the IT field to better assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in counseling, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and counseling software.
- Certification in counseling or a related field is a plus.
