We are seeking a talented Curriculum Developer to join our team in Sharjah within the Consumer Goods industry. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and engaging training programs for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning objectives
- Develop curriculum content, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage learners
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos and interactive activities, into training materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- [X] years of experience in curriculum development
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
