We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Officer to join our retail team in Dubai. The Deck Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of deck operations on our retail vessel. This includes ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew, as well as the proper maintenance and upkeep of the vessel's deck areas.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate deck crew members to ensure efficient and safe deck operations
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of deck areas, including monitoring for any necessary repairs or improvements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and crew
- Assist in the planning and execution of vessel departures and arrivals, including coordinating with other departments as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory of deck supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of deck areas to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Assist in emergency response situations, including coordinating with other crew members and authorities as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in maritime studies or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Deck Officer on a retail vessel
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer's medical certificate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
