We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, developing strategies, and overseeing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals within the Aerospace and Defense department
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the department
- Maintain a strong focus on compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive departmental success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Defense Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering results in a complex and challenging environment
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
