We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction department, including project management, budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures
- Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and schedule to senior management
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and field staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Provide regular updates to senior management on departmental performance and project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software
