We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure smooth operations for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Set up and configure new desktop computers for employees.
- Perform software installations, updates, and upgrades as needed.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
