We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dialysis Technician to join our team in Sharjah. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis treatments to patients in our financial services facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate dialysis machines to provide treatment for patients with kidney failure
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and make adjustments as needed
- Assist with the insertion and removal of dialysis needles and catheters
- Educate patients on proper dialysis procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure a safe and clean dialysis environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a dialysis technician training program
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician (CCHT) preferred
- [X] years of experience in dialysis treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
