### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in the construction sector based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to various job sites. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Transport Operations: Schedule and dispatch construction vehicles and equipment to job sites efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, construction teams, and management, providing clear instructions and updates regarding transportation needs and schedules.

- Logistics Management: Monitor vehicle location and status using GPS and other tracking systems, ensuring optimal routes are taken to minimize delays and costs.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays in transportation promptly, finding quick solutions to minimize disruption to construction operations.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all transport operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand transportation needs and prioritize dispatches based on project requirements.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on transportation operations, vehicle status, and any incidents or delays to management.

### Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably within the construction industry.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred.
