Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in the pharmaceuticals sector in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and dispatching, with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of goods, managing routes, and maintaining communication between our operations team and delivery personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule the daily delivery and transportation of pharmaceutical products to various locations.
- Monitor and manage the dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to provide updates on delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and reporting on delivery times, routes, and customer feedback.
- Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to the transportation of pharmaceuticals.
- Assist in training and mentoring new dispatch staff, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements to enhance service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding delivery issues, resolving them professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper inventory management and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards related to pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
