We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies and programs to promote a positive and productive work environment within our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues
- Collaborate with HR team to design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics
- Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to address potential issues
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in employee relations, HR, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
