We are seeking an experienced Exercise Specialist to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Exercise Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing exercise programs to improve the overall health and fitness of our employees working in the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized exercise programs based on individual assessments and goals
- Conduct fitness evaluations and track progress of employees
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Educate employees on the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs
- Maintain accurate records of employee progress and participation in exercise programs
- Stay current on industry trends and research to continually improve exercise programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Exercise Specialist
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in designing and implementing exercise programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of varying fitness levels and backgrounds
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics
- Experience working in a corporate wellness setting is a plus
