We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management for our manufacturing plant, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all equipment and machinery within the facility
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage the cleaning and upkeep of the facility
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement facility improvement projects
- Assist with budget planning and cost control for facility operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- UAE driver's license is preferred
