We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Family Therapist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy and support to families in crisis within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with family members to address issues such as communication breakdown, conflict resolution, and coping with stress related to the energy industry.
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for families.
- Providing education and resources to families on topics such as healthy relationships, parenting skills, and self-care practices.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participating in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment approaches.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in family therapy to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed or certified as a Family Therapist in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience providing therapy to families in crisis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
