Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer Assistant to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. This role is essential to support our field operations and ensure that project execution adheres to quality, safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for contributing to the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Support: Assist field engineers in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications and timelines.
- Data Collection: Gather and document data from site inspections, including measurements, equipment status, and other relevant observations to support project evaluations.
- Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, report on any deviations from project plans, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems in the field, collaborating with engineers to resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of field activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and incident reports, to ensure proper project documentation and project tracking.
- Communication: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are informed of project status and requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Assist in implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site, participating in safety meetings, and ensuring that all personnel adhere to industry safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing equipment and materials inventory, ensuring that all necessary tools and resources are available for field operations.
- Training Support: Participate in training sessions for new team members, providing support and guidance on field procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in the energy sector or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel to various job sites and adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Working Conditions:

- The position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve physical labor.
- Candidates should be prepared for potential travel to remote locations and extended hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
