We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Franchise Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our construction franchise in the region and ensuring that all franchisees are meeting company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and profitability within the franchise network
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees in areas such as project management, quality control, and customer relations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and best practices
- Monitor financial performance of franchisees and recommend improvements as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Lead training programs for franchisees and their teams to ensure consistency in operations and customer experience
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise within the franchise network
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully managing franchise operations and driving business growth
