We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our franchise locations, ensuring that they are meeting company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive franchisee success and profitability
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise locations, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, customer service, and adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans for improvement and growth
- Manage franchise agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate training programs and resources for franchisees and their staff
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at all franchise locations
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in the development of marketing and promotional initiatives to support franchisee sales and growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
