Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our manufacturing franchise network in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise operations, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. This role will be critical in ensuring that our franchisees adhere to company standards while maximizing profitability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Development:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring they understand operational procedures, company values, and brand standards.
- Facilitate initial training programs for new franchise owners and their staff, focusing on operational excellence and compliance.

2. Operational Oversight:
- Monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess operational performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with franchisees to identify operational challenges and develop actionable solutions.

3. Performance Management:
- Analyze franchise performance metrics and develop reports to communicate findings to senior management.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and operational efficiency across the franchise network.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for franchise operations.

4. Training and Support:
- Design and implement ongoing training programs for franchisees and their staff to enhance operational competencies.
- Provide continuous support to franchisees in areas such as inventory management, quality control, and customer service.

5. Communication and Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with franchisees to foster a collaborative and supportive network.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues.

6. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive franchise sales and brand awareness.

7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure franchisees adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as quality assurance standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations or management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple franchises or business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with franchise management software.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in training and development.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
