We are seeking a talented and experienced Government Program Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government programs and policies related to real estate, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze government programs and policies related to the real estate industry in Sharjah
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of government initiatives on the real estate market
- Develop strategies to leverage government programs to benefit our real estate projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on government program analysis
- Stay up-to-date on changes in government policies and programs related to real estate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in government program analysis, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of government policies and programs related to real estate in Sharjah
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
