We are seeking a highly skilled Government Program Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of government programs and regulations related to construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on government programs and regulations related to construction projects in Sharjah
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of government policies on construction projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations
- Provide recommendations on how to optimize government programs for construction projects
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on changes in government programs and regulations that may affect construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Public Policy, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in government program analysis, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
