We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospital Social Worker to join our team in Dubai. As a Hospital Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complex healthcare system and ensuring they have access to the resources they need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing medical crises or dealing with chronic illnesses.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to advocate for patients and ensure they receive the appropriate care and services.
- Assist patients with accessing community resources, such as financial assistance, housing, and transportation.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families on coping strategies and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and interventions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and address any psycho-social issues affecting patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Social Worker in the UAE.
- [Random] years of experience working as a social worker in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
