We are seeking an experienced Import Specialist to join our team in the Energy sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import operations and logistics, particularly within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation of energy-related materials
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations and requirements
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective import of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all import activities and expenses
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on import activities and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in import operations, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and import software systems
