We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import Specialist to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import operations within the pharmaceutical industry and possess excellent knowledge of import regulations and procedures in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the import of pharmaceutical products into Dubai in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Obtain necessary import permits and licenses from relevant authorities
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive on schedule
- Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any issues that may arise during the import process
- Maintain accurate import documentation and records
- Stay up to date with changes in import regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in import operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and procedures in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
