We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Security Manager Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the IT Security Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's overall security strategy to protect our systems, networks, and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies
- Provide support and training to staff on security awareness and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT security or a related field
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
