We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Security Manager Assistant in our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security and a passion for protecting company assets and data.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Security Manager in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze security breaches and incidents, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Provide training and support to employees on security best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in IT security, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption techniques, and firewall technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
