We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The IT Security Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall security program to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the organization's information assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Manage and monitor intrusion detection and prevention systems, firewalls, and other security tools to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all technology solutions and projects.
- Oversee the incident response process and lead investigations into security breaches or incidents.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CISA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security management in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
