We are seeking a skilled IT Security Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an IT Security Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including investigating and resolving security breaches.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT security best practices.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and consultants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
