We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Knowledge Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and knowledge management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. You will work closely with various teams within the company to identify knowledge gaps, develop knowledge sharing processes, and create a culture of collaboration and learning.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and initiatives
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them
- Create and maintain a knowledge sharing platform for employees
- Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management tools and processes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure knowledge management goals are met
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
