We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting various tests and experiments on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures
- Analyzing and interpreting test results, and reporting findings to the Quality Control team
- Maintaining accurate records of all tests and experiments performed
- Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new testing procedures
- Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- [Number] years of experience working in a laboratory setting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
