Location: Ras Al Khaimah

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Education team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support to our legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various topics related to education law
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and presentations
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
- Assist in preparing for court proceedings, including gathering evidence and compiling case materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in the education sector
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
