We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to our transportation and logistics operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of legal issues affecting the transportation and logistics industry
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Manage and oversee all litigation matters, including disputes with customers, suppliers, and other third parties
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of changes in the legal landscape that may impact the business
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure the smooth operation of the business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus
- Admission to the bar in the UAE or another jurisdiction

- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
