Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Program Manager to join our innovative healthcare organization based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive patient acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and industry trends to inform strategies.

- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, newsletters, and press releases. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

- Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media outreach. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and management, to gather insights and ensure that marketing communications accurately reflect the organization's services and values. Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including media, partners, and community organizations.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

- Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as health fairs, workshops, and conferences. Ensure that events effectively showcase our services and engage the community.

- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the organization’s brand identity across all communication channels. Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals to strengthen brand recognition.

- Performance Measurement: Analyze the impact of marketing communications efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management. Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance data.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on healthcare preferred.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

- Proven experience in project management, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry in the UAE and familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.
