We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Planner to join our team in Dubai. The Materials Planner will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and inventory management of materials used in our agricultural operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials required for agricultural activities
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and plan accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of agricultural processes and materials is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
