Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art using high-quality products and techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and beauty practices, including innovative techniques and tools that can be integrated with technology.
- Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize technology to schedule appointments, manage client records, and track inventory for nail products and supplies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance the customer experience through digital tools, including online booking systems and virtual consultations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and improve technical skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software as appropriate.
- Promote and sell nail care products and services, achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nail Technician from a recognized institution is required.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in a nail salon or spa environment.
- Proficient in various nail techniques including gel, acrylic, and nail art.
- Strong understanding of nail care products and their application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nail care and sanitation.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems.
